deBoulle High Jewelry Collection Tsarina Ring

Alexandrite was first discovered in Russian emerald mines located in the Ural Mountains. Legends claim it was discovered in 1834 on the same day Czar Alexander II came of age. The phenomenal gemstone changes from bluish-green in daylight to purplish-red in incandescent light. This 18K white gold ring features an alexandrite center, over seven carats, which is exceedingly rare. Of Indian origin, the gemstones display 90-100% completely natural color change. The inner halo and gallery of the ring are further accented with round brilliant diamonds. The bespoke ring is set with an array of diamonds which nearly completely cover the stunning mounting.
