RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Exchange Policy: You may exchange an item within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging, in new and unused condition. *Watches cannot be exchanged. Should an item need to be exchanged to a ^deBoulle Salon, we will issue merchandise credit of the price difference to the Customer or Gift Recipient, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange. If the returned item is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

Warranty Policy: All new watches will have manufacturer warranties that supersede any warranty from ^deBoulle. All pre-owned watches will have a 6 month warranty. All other ^deBoulle items will have a warranty of up to 1 year (not to exceed $20,000).
